We recommend you keep all essential items that you will need on moving day and the day after such as a change of clothes, medication, toilet paper, phone chargers, toothbrush/toothpaste, snacks and your kids’ favorite toys. 

We also recommend you keep valuables such as jewelry, birth certificates, credit cards etc.

We carefully wrap and cover all items and furniture in moving blankets and bubble wrap ensuring your items are well cushioned for the long road ahead.

Please contact us as soon as possible, if, for any reason, you need to reschedule your moving date. The sooner you notify us, the easier it will be for us to accommodate you and rearrange our schedule.

There are many variables that affect moving duration such as:

• Will our movers be packing & wrapping your items?
• Are there stairs or elevators that our movers will need to use?
• Is there a long carry/walk from the truck to the home/office?
• Will our movers be disassembling furniture?

These are all things to consider when trying to calculate the estimated time it should take to complete a move.

The number of movers we send depends on the size of your move — our moving team will make sure we have the appropriate amount of movers to meet your relocation’s requirements.

Yes, it is important to consider delays and traffic when it comes to stormy weather but your move won’t be cancelled unless there are extremely bad thunder showers.
